Make a Histogram in MS Excel
Step 1: In the very first step, you need to open your stored data spreadsheet otherwise create a new dummy data to test or perform this function.
Step 2: In the second step, select your data’s range, for example, in the below image I have selected the range from A1:A19, as shown in the below image.
Step 3: After selecting the range, go to the Insert ta, in go to the groups of charts, and click on the Histogram symbol.
Step 4: After clicking on this now, click on the Histogram symbol.
Step 5: After clicking on the Histogram symbol, you will see the histogram like the below image, by default you will see a histogram with four bars.
If you want to change, the numbers of bars then follow the following steps.
Step 6: Right-click on a bar, and select the option Format Data Series as shown below image.
Step 7: After this, you will see like the below image, and here you have to click on Series Options and select the Horizontal Series option.
Step 8: After that, change this as per your need and show your best presentation.
